La trobada ha estat inaugurada pel president de la Generalitat de Catalunya, Salvador Illa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En aquesta edici\u00f3 del BNEW s&#8217;ofereixen, a m\u00e9s 900 peces de fruita produ\u00efdes amb el sistema de producci\u00f3 integrada, un xou cooking a c\u00e0rrec del cuiner lleidat\u00e0 Mateu Blanch, el qual presenta quatre xarrups preparats amb fruita de Lleida, acompanyats d\u2019una explicaci\u00f3 sobre aquestes elaboracions. Uns 200 assistents podran degustar aquests tastets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En concret, Blanch i el seu equip preparen a la seu de l\u2019esdeveniment, l\u2019edifici DFactory, unes safates amb les 4 elaboracions fetes \u201camb un estil creatiu, per\u00f2 sense que la mat\u00e8ria primera perdi la seva ess\u00e8ncia\u201d. Es tracta de xarrups fets amb pr\u00e9ssec en conserva amb escuma de vainilla, peres al vi negre i al vi blanc DO Costers del Segre gelificades i esponjades, past\u00eds de poma caramel\u00b7litzada al forn amb galeta cruixent i flam de nectarina amb el seu caramel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La cinquena edici\u00f3 del BNEW aplega prop de 350 speakers de primer nivell, que ofereixen 140 hores de contingut distribu\u00efdes en 100 panells, sessions i debats. L\u2019esdeveniment compta amb una inscripci\u00f3 de 15.000 assistents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El Barcelona New Economy Week se centra en la nova economia, que interrelaciona els sectors econ\u00f2mics clau per oferir un futur viable i sostenible per a tota la societat.
